Features
A desktop AI copilot for meetings and interviews
OMA (Online Meeting Assistant) is a desktop AI copilot for meetings and interviews with about 500 ms responses. It listens, understands and helps you answer and contribute in the moment.
Real-time responses (~500 ms)
OMA listens to the interviewer or meeting members and generates suggested replies in about half a second, so help arrives while the conversation is still on topic.
Model choice
Pick faster models when you need speed and more powerful models when you need accuracy. You stay in control of the speed vs accuracy trade-off.
Ask Screen
One click analyzes your whole screen and gives a solution or explanation. Useful for coding problems, forms, documents, dashboards and slides.
Ask Portion
Select any area of the screen, add your own instruction, and the AI answers about just that part — more focused than analyzing the whole screen.
Four modes
General, Meeting, Job and Custom. Each mode supports your own instructions and uploaded files.
Job mode with your CV
Add your CV/resume, the job description and instructions so the AI responds in the context of your real experience and the role.
Custom instructions and files
In every mode you can add your own instructions and upload files such as agendas, notes or reference material.
Works alongside your meeting app
OMA runs on your desktop next to Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and similar tools.
A note on responsible use
The OMA window is designed to stay out of screen recordings so your notes and AI replies stay on your side. Using AI during a live interview depends on the employer's rules — always check them, and use AI to support your own knowledge rather than replace it.
