Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 26, 2026. These terms describe the rules for using OMA. By creating an account or using OMA, you agree to them.
Using OMA
OMA (Online Meeting Assistant) is a desktop AI copilot for meetings and interviews, operated by Webasoft. You are responsible for using it lawfully and in line with any rules that apply to you, including your employer's, school's or meeting host's policies. You must be at least 18 years old to use OMA.
Your account
You sign in to OMA with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity under your OMA account. Accounts are personal. Do not share your account or resell access. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not use OMA to break the rules of an interview, exam or assessment.
- Do not misrepresent skills or experience you do not have.
- Do not record or capture other people where the law or the rules of the meeting forbid it.
- Do not use OMA for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape or attack the service, or try to bypass usage limits.
- Do not abuse purchases or refunds, for example by repeatedly buying and requesting refunds.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Plans, credits and billing
The Free plan lets you bring your own API keys and is subject to daily limits. Paid plans and credit packs are one-time purchases that do not renew automatically. Each purchase gives you tokens and audio seconds that stay available until the end of the validity period shown at checkout. Prices and what is included are shown at checkout before you pay.
Our order process is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, collects the payment and applicable taxes, and issues receipts and refunds. Paddle's terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
AI output and third-party providers
OMA uses AI models from third-party providers, including ones you connect with your own API keys. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before relying on it. If you use your own API keys, you are responsible for those providers' charges, terms and limits. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as audio, screen captures and files. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide OMA, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share that content.
Our rights
OMA, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own use while you follow these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep OMA available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and update these terms. When we change the terms, we will update the effective date above, and by continuing to use OMA after a change you accept the new terms.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
OMA is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities such as jobs, grades or contracts, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for OMA in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using OMA and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
